NSAA Education Collective, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that directs, manages, and operates programs and events to enhance the education, creative development, and cultural awareness of our youth.
Our flagship program is Lotus Academy, an African-centered, independent school for Pre-K to 4th grade that has instilled academic excellence, character development, and cultural affirmation in its students since 1974.
The Ray Wright Music Academy is now in its final planning stages, and is scheduled to begin full operation under the direction and management of NSAA in the spring of 2024.
Join us in our mission to educate our young people to the highest academic standards, to develop talented musicians and artists, and to elevate our communities by instilling in them the knowledge of our rich African culture and heritage.
The Molefi Kete Asante Institute, an "independent African think tank" in Philadelphia, is one of our partners who has provided us with invaluable insights and perspective.
There are others like Jazz Journeys Educational Institute, a non-profit cultural organization dedicated to exposing our young people to the lush legacy of Jazz music.
