NSAA Education Collective, Inc (herein referred to as "us" or "we") is an IRS designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation with FEIN 85-2671678. We operate the website www.nsaaeducation.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the services provided through the Website which include but are not limited to donation services.

These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. They do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation. We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.

1. Is my donation secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your information secure. We partner with Stripe, the industry's established payment processor trusted by some of the world's largest companies. Your sensitive financial information never touches our servers. We send all data directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers through SSL.

2. Is this donation tax-deductible?

Your gift is tax deductible as per your local regulations, as we are a tax exempt organization. We will email you a donation receipt. Please keep this, as it is your official record to claim this donation as a tax deduction.

3. Process

Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, Stripe. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize Stripe to request funds from your credit, debit, or other account you specify. Your financial statement will show NSAA EDUCATION INC.

4. Unauthorized Card Use

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

5. Information From You

In order to donate you must (i) provide us with your name and email address; and (ii) provide our payment processor (Stripe), the details of the credit or debit card or applicable account information that you wish to use to fund the donation. Collectively this information will be used by our payment processor (Stripe) to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct information.

When you enter your payment details on the Website, these details are presented in such a way that we never see, handle, collect, nor store them, with the exception of your name and email address that we collect directly from you on the Website, and a transaction summary that we receive from Stripe for our own internal bookkeeping.

You should make sure that you are aware of Stripe's Privacy Policy, which is different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.

We will not share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy

If you make an error in your donation please contact our Support Team or write by mail within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.

NSAA Education Collective, Inc. ("us", "we", "our", or "NSAA") operates the website at www.nsaaeducation.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

(a) users can visit our site anonymously;

(b) our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy", and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of the Website;

(c) users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;

(d) users are able to change their personal information by contacting our Support Team.

Our Policy on "Do Not Track" Signals:

If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

(c) We don't sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. You are the only owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time.

Please note, if you ask us to delete your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. 14. Donation Payments

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
